Development of donor/client engagement plans
Bid Coordination-development of proposal development plans and follow-up
Expert search and management
Partner search, due diligence, selection and pre-qualification; if relevant, supporting in the development of capacity building plans.
Facilitation and negotiation of terms with consortium partners; drafting of pre-bid/teaming agreements;
Development of relevant capacity statements for the use by Business Development/Programme Development Units.
Proposal writing- technical proposal related to subject matter expertise.
